Your php script is only set to read the file in if $filename is not empty.
When you set $filename in the loop, it is not actually updating this file, so the script is no longer looking for new lines in the file, and is only updating the last line you put in.
Just change the if statement in your script like this:

How do I setup a border for a ListView on ICS?
I’m using a ListView, but trying to keep the use of a GridView layout as I want it to grow with Android.
The problem is, I cannot seem to set up any of the standard, pre-defined, styles for the ListView.
I have two GridViews, a top one holding a small image and the text it is above, and one below that with a TextView and a thumbnail image. It is the first one that I have set up for the listItem layout. It seems to work well for the images, but the text of the ListItem is actually text colored the grey of the background of the listView (the grey is just black in my case). In addition, if I add any padding (such as add 20dp to the top of the ListView), the background of the image does not line up right, so there is padding above the image.
I have tried both adding this to myListItemStyle, and adding an android:paddingTop in the ListView’s xml.
I have tried both of these in XML and in code. What am I doing wrong?
Here is the style that I have set for the ListView:
Here is what it looks like in my layout, where I am also trying to get a rounded corner of the ListView:
